BRIGHT YAMOAH

Bright Yamoah is a Chartered Accountant with over ten (10) years’ experience working in various roles within the financial and professional services. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Capecoast.

Bright began his accounting and audit career working with the Accra office of global auditing firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he executed and led various audit and assurance engagements for multiple clients in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. His experiences cover various industries including telecommunications, financial services, public sector, FMCG, mining, oil and gas among others.

He is currently a Partner at Fast Track Partners, a boutique audit and accountancy firm based in Accra. At Fast Track, Bright manages various audit and advisory engagements for clients in various industries including real estate, hospitality, trading, services and commerce.

Bright has also built experiences in the banking sector working in the Executive offices of leading banks in Ghana, GCB Bank PLC and Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, with focus on developing and executing strategies for the banks’ wholesale and investment banking divisions while also supporting on the execution of large ticket wholesale and investment banking transactions. He has been involved in and led the sourcing and execution of various capital raising transactions for corporate and public sector clients in Ghana.

He possesses advanced expertise in accounting, auditing, IFRS financial reporting, financial modeling, internal control system design and implementation as well as corporate finance.
